Bienvenidos to Rolando's Restaurante in the beautiful downtown historic district of Fort Smith.  This Building dates back to the early 1850's and has been the home of many businesses from taverns to antique stores.
Rolando's was the inspired creation of partners Rolando Cuzco, a native of Ecuador and Sherri Overton.  To realize their dream, Rolando and Sherri began with their unique backgrounds to produce the exciting foods of Latin America in a setting of southern hospitality.
The cuisine at Rolando's is unique and his artistic talent found in the beautiful presentation of the entrees as well as on the walls of the restaurant. The Murals on the wall were hand carved from the crumbling plaster to give diners this pleasant atmosphere.
Rolando and Sherri appreciate every customer that comes in Rolando's Restaurante.  Muchas gracious for making Rolando's a reality.
