The first Rolando’s Restaurante’ opened in historic downtown Fort Smith. Located on the corner of Garrison and 2nd streets, the building dates back to the early 1850’s and has been the home of many businesses, from taverns to antique stores. It is conveniently located across from the National Historic Site, trolley rides and the Riverfront Park.
The second Rolando’s Restaurante' is located in the heart of the historic bathhouse district in Hot Springs on Central Avenue. The building was built in the 1800’s and was home to Café New Orleans and The Faded Rose. The Hot Springs location is unique in that it features an outdoor patio that accommodates 60 people. After 5 pm, parking is available on the top level of the attached parking deck.
The third Rolando’s Restaurante’ is located in the downtown historic district of Fayetteville off Main Street. It is tucked away in a spacious cellar of the old Fayetteville Democrat building that dates back to early 1900’s. It was previously the popular Plaza Restaurant & Club. There is a large bar and a corner for live entertainment.
